Managing Trustee:

The Managing Trustee shall perform such functions as are entrusted to him or her by the Board of Trustees from time to time. The day-to-day business and affairs of the Trust shall be carried on by the Managing Trustee subject to any general or special directions that may be given by the Board of Trustees in relation thereto. The Managing Trustee shall be paid such remuneration as the Board of Trustees may determine from time to time. All legitimate expenditure incurred by the Managing Trustee in discharge of hi / her duties as such shall be reimbursed to him or her from out of the Trust income and funds.

Number of Trustees:

The number of Trustees including the Author of the Trust shall not be less than three and not more than five persons. The Board of Trustees shall nominate and invite person(s) to be the other Trustees for such period, as they may deem fit and proper.

Term of Office of the Trustees:

The Author / Settler / Founder of Trust will hold office for life. The Managing Trustee shall hold office for life. The first Trustees shall appoint the remaining Trustees as and when deemed necessary. These Trustees shall hold office for a period of two years only but shall be eligible for reappointment.

Appointment of New Trustees:

If and when as the Trustees of THESE PRESENTS shall die or desire to retire or refuse or become incapable to act in the Trust thereof or shall take the benefit of Insolvency Law for the time being in force or cease to be a naturalized Indian or if any Trustees should remain absent from three consecutive meeting of the Trustees without leave of absence then and in every such case, it shall be lawful for the surviving or continuing Trustee or Trustees for the time being  of THESE PRESENTS (and for the purpose the retiring or refusing Trustees shall, if willing to act in the exercise of this power, be considered a continuing Trustee) and there be no surviving Trustees then for the acting executors or administrator of the last serving or continuing Trustees to appoint a new Trustee or Trustees in place of the Trustee or Trustees so dying or desiring to retire or refusing or becoming incapable to act or taking the benefit of the Insolvency Law, or ceasing to be a naturalized Indian or failing to attend three consecutive meeting of the Trustees without leave given, and upon every such appointment or vacancy, the number of Trustees for the time being of THESE PRESENTS shall not less than four or more than eleven.

The Managing Trustee may also appoint additional Trustees but the maximum number of Trustees fixed will not exceed. The Trustees will be entitled to receive specified donations from any person above the age of 18 years belongings to any religion, caste, creed, or nationality and invite persons of eminence to be patrons of the Trust and make donor members for smooth functions of the Trust.
