Other Objects:

The other ancillary objects of the Trust are:

i)          To render financial assistance including loans, grants and subsidy and to weaker section of people including artisans and craftsman for the furtherance of objects of the Trust and recover such loans on such terms and conditions, prescribed by the Trust from time to time.

ii)          To give, maintain, support studentships, scholarships and render aids to students of minorities, tribal and other backward communities including supply of books, stipends, medals and other incentives for advancement of education and knowledge.

iii)         To promote and preserve the system of indigenous treatment through various medicinal herbs by undertaking research works, plantation and production of its various species through community participation.

iv)         To set up information and / or recreational centers and libraries where necessary.

v)         To explore, develop and preserve tourism and historical sites of the indigenous peoples and prevent the natural beauty of a particular region, state, area or location.

vi)         To acquire lands, buildings and any other properties, movable/immovable gift, purchase, hire or lease and construct, remodel or improve buildings for the use of the Trust and for the attainment of its objectives.

vii)        To acquire lands, construct building and any other properties, movable/immovable by gift, exchange for the use of the Trust and for its various activities.

viii)       To sell, mortgage, lease land, manage, transfer and dispose of any of assets acquired by the Trust.

ix)         To promote and develop handloom, handicraft, cottage industries, sericulture, agriculture, horticulture, viniculture, apiculture, tea and coffee plantations in any suitable areas / parts in the country for the benefit of the local communities.

x)         To promote agricultural programs including rearing of livestock for economic enhancement of the local communities.

xi)         To take up floriculture, preservation of rare species of flora and fauna, initiate and encourage local communities for maintaining ecological balance.

xii)        To do all such other acts as are conducive, incidental and necessary to the furtherance or of the aims and objects of the Trust and such acts are required to be done under any legal obligations.

xiii)       To do such other things / acts / activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the objects of the Trust.

xiv)       Every act done in the genuine belief that it serves the cause or object(s) of the Trust shall be deemed to be covered under the aims and objectives even if not specifically mentioned in this Deed of Trust.
